About this project

The Roofing & Cladding for 90 Ruskin St Elwood was designed inline with the mission to create a fossil fuel-free future. This residential development project for Buckland Roofing & Cladding is located in the seaside suburb of Elwood, Melbourne. The entire design has a connection to the natural environment and local community.  Powered by Tesla, Elwood has won awards for it’s innovative design and sustainable approach – being 100% electric, and able to run on 100% renewable energy. 4 high-end, low impact residences. Partnered with Intracon, HipvHype & Fieldwork Architects.
